Reimbursement for certain oral health preventive procedures. posted: Jan-28-2010

In April of 2008, the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) announced that it will reimburse physicians, advanced registered nurse practitioners and physician assistants for certain oral health preventive procedures. The program is functioning very well and many Medicaid eligible children are now receiving services and medical practitioners are being reimbursed.
