REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR 2023 FCAAP FORUM SERIES

Feb 23, 2023 | News

The healthcare landscape changes rapidly and continues to present new challenges. To meet this demand, the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Inc. (FCAAP) created the FCAAP Forum Series. These specialized training sessions offer current, topical information to help pediatric professionals continue to succeed in their goal to provide the best care possible. Since its inception in the spring of 2020, the FCAAP Forum Series has drawn participation from nearly 800 healthcare providers.

Due to the success of the first three years of the forum series, FCAAP will continue the series in 2023 with on-demand educational presentations and live, interactive discussion groups with industry experts. The series includes four focus areas over the course of the year: Practice Culture, Immunizations, Professional Development, and Advocacy, each featuring experts from across the country.

Speakers for the series include AAP President Dr. Sandy Chung, Dr. Brandon Chatani, Dr. Nola Ernest, Dr. Shannon Fox-Levine, Mr. Chip Hart, Dr. Akshata Hopkins, Dr. Joanna Perdomo, Dr. Toni Richards-Rowley, Mr. Tim Rushford, Dr. Katie Schafer, Dr. Robin Warner, Dr. Melinda Williams-Willingham, and Dr. Mariam Zeini.

CME credits and MOC Part 2 points are available for each of the four focus areas of the series. View the full accreditation details here.

The series is open to both FCAAP members and non-member providers across the country. Registration for the entire year with access to all four parts of the series is just $10 for FCAAP members and $20 for non-members. See the full agenda, speaker details, and register for the series here.

The 2023 Forum Series is made possible through the support of Physicians Computer Company. CME and MOC 2 credits for the series are available thanks to the support of the USF Florida Center for Behavioral Health Improvements and Solutions.
